I've lived with chronic pain for a long number of years. I use various methods to control the pain from pharmaceuticals to topicals to yoga and an electrical stimulator. It's best to have a mint some juice or something strong flavored to eat immediately after your minute is up.
For me the cost is still painful and I have to ration it, but it's one of the best deals out there and it certainly effective. I recommend it.
